By using our website, purchasing a design pack, or engaging Svation for a project, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, talk to us before moving forward.
Svation provides web design, web development, and premium design pack products. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for custom projects are agreed on separately in writing before work begins.
Design packs are licensed as starter kits for your own projects. Customize and build on them freely. They can't be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone products, and deploying them commercially without meaningful customization isn't something we'd recommend. We don't claim ownership of any third-party design inspiration referenced for educational purposes.
Some templates include font files or assets for preview and development only. We don't own or sell font or asset licenses — securing the right license for personal or commercial use is on you.
Design pack purchases are one-time and processed at checkout. Custom projects follow a payment structure agreed on in writing before work starts, typically split across milestones.
Digital design packs are non-refundable once the download link has gone out, except where there's a verified technical fault on our end. Cancellation terms for custom projects are set out in the individual project agreement.
Once a custom project is paid in full, you own the final code and design assets built specifically for you — excluding third-party libraries, fonts, stock assets, or pre-existing Svation tooling, which stay licensed for your use but aren't transferred to you.
Timely feedback, content, and access credentials keep a project moving. Delays on your end will shift the timeline accordingly.
Svation isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our design packs or delivered websites, including lost revenue or business opportunities. Proper usage, customization, and legal compliance of what you build is your responsibility.
Our website and delivered products may integrate third-party services — payment gateways, hosting, analytics. Use of those is governed by their own terms, not ours.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts applicable to our place of business.
