This policy explains how Svation collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our site, buy a design pack, or hire us for a project.
Name, email, phone number, and project details you give us directly through forms, WhatsApp, or email. When you buy a design pack, our payment processor collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction — we never store full card details ourselves.
To deliver what you purchased, talk to you about your project, send download links and receipts, answer your questions, and improve the site. We don't sell your information to anyone.
We may use cookies to understand how the site is used and to improve performance. You can turn these off in your browser, though a few features might not behave the same way.
We rely on trusted third parties for payments, hosting, and video delivery. Each handles data under its own policy — worth a read if you're curious.
We keep project and purchase information as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to any retention we're legally required to keep.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just email us.
Our services aren't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
